Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster has moved Apple’s stock price projection for 2009 up a whole year to 2008, making Munster’s projection the highest price anyone has ever given Apple: $205 per share. Is there method to his madness? Of course. And it has something to do with our obnoxious graphic.

OtterBox is known for their rugged cases, and this forthcoming iPhone case looks like it’s going to continue their tradition. It’s got “complete” protection, which means not only are all the sides and back covered (the buttons work through pass-through buttons), there’s a built-in screen protector that works through their “patented touch-screen membrane”. The case is a couple months out, so you may want to find another way to protect your $600 in the meantime.

Want your iPhone in a color other than silver? Apple can’t help, but Colorware’s got you covered. You saw what a good job they did on on Xbox 360, so there’s no reason to think their quality will be anything but spectacular for the iPhone. You can send in your existing iPhone and have them color it up for $149, or buy a pre-colored 4GB for $649 and a 8GB for $749. Not a bad deal if you really want to get an even bigger head start on differentiating yourself from other cellphone users. But if you’re being cheap, you can always get a $48 back replacement.

We’ve been eyeballing the Sony Ericsson P1 smartphone for a while now, but the reviews are finally in. The verdict? It’s pretty good. Besides being smaller than its P990 predecessor, it has the hybrid QWERTY keyboard (which is actually comfortable to use), a pretty decent 3-megapixel camera and a bunch of extras best fit for a spec sheet list than a review.

Walk into an Apple or AT&T store, walk out with an iPhone in whatever color you like: that is, if you like black, silver, and chrome. Which is why, as usual, we’re stoked that Colorware’s on the case (literally), offering up another 29 shades for your Apple phone. The price: $150 if you send yours in, or $650 / $750 if you buy a 4GB / 8GB new from them.

Although the Gomadic charge station, the Chargepod, the Mahogany charge station, or even the DIY charge station are good enough for us males, our wives may have something entirely different in mind. For them, the Bedford Smart Recharge Station from Pottery Barn could be just the thing to charge your gadgets and keep your decorative style intact—just the way she wants. The bad news is that it costs $79 and doesn’t actually come with a power strip to plug your gadgets into. It actually reminds our resident teen expert Ben Longo of this $299 PB Teen Smart Bedside table, which is REALLY a ripoff.

Granted, this whole unboxing process took a tad longer than we’re used to, but considering the absence of an Apple logo and the fact that the folks in Greece likely roll with a bit more patience than we gizmo freaks here in North America, we won’t grouse too much. Still, the first widespread unboxing pictures (and a video for good measure) of the highly anticipated Neonode N2 have officially hit the ‘net just under a fortnight after the launch party in Athens, and we must say it’s looking pretty good. From the well appointed packaging right down to the matte black outfit, the N2 is (finally) yours to witness (psst, the video is after the jump).

Well, the team over at the iPhone Dev Wiki is claiming to have made some inroads into unlocking the mysteries of the iPhone. While a complete unlocking solution isn’t yet available, they updated the Wiki this morning to let us all know that by using iASign — a bit of software they have created — the phone can purportedly be made to work with prepaid Cingular, AT&T, and AT&T’s MVNO’s SIM cards. Where’s the beauty you ask? Well, this lets you pick up an iPhone sans contract, slap in your current SIM, and enjoy. We’re really feelin the love they are tossing about freely, and are looking forward to the full unlocking solution that they reportedly will not be giving up on any time soon. At the request of the iPhone Dev Wiki team, we aren’t including the link. Google is your friend.

So far, the accessories for the iPhone are mostly limited to a variety of cases, connectors and armbands. But the variety of add-ons is expected to proliferate now that the phone is being sold. By one estimate, owners will spend about $225 on accessories.

We saw this Wi-Fi equipped BlackBerry make its way through the labyrinthine corridors of the FCC a few weeks ago, but now RIM’s making it official. The BlackBerry 8820 is coming, and it’s going to have GPS, 802.11a/b/g Wi-Fi, microSD/microSDHC, and quad-band GSM. Wi-Fi fans, this is your BlackBerry. And if T-Mobile is looking for a killer device to add to its HotSpot @Home stable, they should look long and hard at the 8820.
